FC Patchcord

A fiber optic patch cord is a cable consisting of one or more optical fibers that are used to transmit digital information in the form of light signals between devices, such as switches, routers, and servers. The patch cord is terminated with connectors on both ends that are designed to be compatible with the devices it connects. The connectors are typically either SC, LC, ST, or FC types. Fiber optic patch cords are available in various lengths and are commonly used in data centers, telecommunications networks, and other applications where high-speed and reliable data transmission is critical.
